01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at acejl.biz and all associated services, mobile applications, games, betting products, promotions, and support channels operated under the ace jl Casino brand (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

ace jl Casino ("ace jl", "we", "us", "our") operates as an online gaming platform serving Filipino players in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms apply to all registered users ("Player", "User", "you", "your") of the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the ace jl Platform and close your account if one has already been opened.

02 Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

References to "Philippine Peso", "PHP", or "₱" are to the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines. All financial transactions on ace jl are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to open and maintain an ace jl account and participate in Real Money Play, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
2. Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session;
3. Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ace jl or any gaming regulatory authority, including those administered by PAGCOR;
4. Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction;
5. Not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an ace jl employee who is directly involved in the operation of the Platform;
6. Open only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds; and
7. Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

ace jl reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to pass verification will result in suspension of account access and may result in the withholding of funds pending investigation. Players who have provided false information regarding their age may have all winnings confiscated and accounts permanently closed.

04 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To register an ace jl account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You will be required to verify your mobile number via one-time password (OTP) before your account becomes active. By submitting your registration, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ace jl Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same mobile number, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. ace jl may merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ace jl will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ace jl account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) for new device logins where prompted;
• Notify ace jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account; and
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

ace jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ace jl may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. ace jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ace jl does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified on the relevant deposit page. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your account within two (2) minutes. ace jl does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, or to a verified payment account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during normal operating hours, subject to KYC clearance. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing times.

ace jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or in cases where responsible gaming restrictions have been applied to your account. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled after they have been confirmed for processing.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on ace jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise indicated. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ace jl Casino offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and over only;
• Each eligible player may claim each specific promotion only once unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly;
• ace jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, systematic, or abusive activity will be voided along with any associated winnings; and
• Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are subject to deposit limits may be ineligible for certain promotions.

6.4 VIP Programme

ace jl's VIP Programme comprises six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Jade, Diamond, and Imperial. Tier advancement is based on wagering volume over rolling qualifying periods as determined by ace jl. VIP benefits including enhanced cashback rates, private table access, and dedicated account management are awarded at ace jl's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

07 Gameplay Rules & Technical Standards

7.1 Game Results

All games offered on the ace jl Platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, bingo, sports betting, and e-sabong — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems where applicable. RNG integrity is regularly audited by independent testing agencies. The results of all games are final and binding once confirmed by the system.

7.2 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ace jl reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stake(s) to the player's account balance. ace jl will not be liable to pay winnings arising from transactions affected by a technical error, regardless of the displayed outcome.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If a player is disconnected during an active game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round on the player's behalf according to the applicable game rules. Where a round cannot be completed automatically, the stake will be refunded to the player's account. For live dealer games, disconnections that prevent participation in a completed round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published disconnection policy.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published on the ace jl sports betting section for the relevant sport and market. ace jl reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend betting markets at any time, including after bets have been placed, in cases of manifest errors, match irregularities, or regulatory requirements. Settled bets are final once results have been officially confirmed by the relevant governing body.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies with other players on live dealer or poker tables;
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or the use of insider information in sports betting markets;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace jl staff, game dealers, or other players; and
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction applied to your account.

ace jl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR investigations. Where fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, player funds may be frozen pending investigation and may be remitted to the relevant authority where required by law.

09 Responsible Gaming

ace jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits can only be increased after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a pre-set play session time has been reached.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace jl Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace jl Casino or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without ace jl's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace jl Casino, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session resulting from technical disruptions, maintenance periods, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or outdated information on the Platform; or
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

ace jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ace jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at acejl.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ace jl implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. ace jl will not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

13 Suspension, Closure & Termination

13.1 By ace jl

ace jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; age or identity verification failure; regulatory requirement; or technical integrity concerns. In cases of account closure due to breach, all pending withdrawals and bonus balances may be forfeited.

13.2 By the Player

You may request closure of your ace jl account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ace jl may impose an administration fee on inactive accounts not to exceed ₱100 per month after providing written notice to the registered mobile number or email address. Remaining balances will be remitted to the player upon account reactivation or verified withdrawal request.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any ace jl service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ace jl's customer support team to attempt resolution of any dispute in good faith. ace jl will acknowledge all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) business days of acknowledgment.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ace jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ace jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a conspicuous notice on the Platform's homepage.

Your continued use of the ace jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at acejl.biz/terms-conditions and shall supersede all prior versions.
